Prayer To The Sacred Heart Of Jesus

Lord Jesus,
We honor your divine heart
Broken by man's cruelty
Yet symbol of love's triumph,
Pledge of all that we are called to be.
Teach us to see you in the lives we touch,
To offer you living worship
By love-filled service to our brothers and sisters.
Amen.

Today is the Feast of The Sacred Heart of Jesus.

Father, speak to me I wish to receive your Word into my heart Send forth Your Spirit to me, Reveal Your Face to me today. Come O Holy Spirit Fill the hearts of Thy faithful Enkindle in me the fire of your love; Send forth Your Spirit and I shall be created and You shall renew the face of the earth.
